Another post about fonts, but this one is really different from everything I had taught you, since it is a compilation that will take us through the 50 funniest and most terrifying fonts on the net.
Most of them are not suitable for very serious work, but if you have to make, for example, a poster for a party on Halloween, they will come in handy, since they are of the highest quality and immediately match our designs.
I leave you all after the already mythical jump, as the usual ones know.

Cold Night for Alligators
Alligators, crocodiles... Most people don't like these animals too much because of how fierce they are (and the fact that they can kill you in seconds).
That's why use a typeface where it seems that they have taken bites and scratches the letters will put whoever looks at them with the hair standing on end.
Feast of Flesh BB
This typeface is a bit softer. But if you look, the ends of the letters end as if they had been written in an unfinished way, as if small parts of them are missing and it gives a creepy look.
For example, for a theme of wolves, this typeface would not be bad.
Nightmare
Who doesn't hate nightmares? Well, perhaps one of the most classic fonts to represent them is this one that we leave you below, a typeface in which the letters alternate according to size, larger or smaller, all capitalized, but elongated and with a shuddering feel.
brutal tooth
The first impression that this letter gave us is that it was more for graffiti than to scare. But when you stare at it for a while you realize that has a "something" that makes us think of her with an "evil" touch.
In this case we do not recommend using it for very long words only for one or two words because it is difficult to read.
creepsville
Surely you remember Creepshow (and if not, and you like horror, we recommend it). Well, this typography is something similar to the one we found in books, series and movies, only with more “spill”.
Initially it does not look like blood to us, but something like algae, slime or similar, so for projects related to that type of environment it would be perfect.
Friday 13
Friday the 13th has always been said to be the day when “terror knocks on your door”. It may be that you have bad luck, that you get a scare or, simply, that you want to enjoy a day of terror.
And this typeface, which is not too scary, can be perfect. If you look, it has a black or white background. so you can use it one way or another.
Survival Horror
Blurred letters, some half erased, or as if they had a layer that has been erased. But those horizontal lines too they look like they had a wire in them and they cut them.
Ideal for preparing the viewer for a scary project!
Blood crow
Ravens, because they are black, have always been said to bring bad luck, to be the companions of witches (along with cats), etc. And in this case this letter it has some finishes that can remember at some point a raven. In addition, those holes that they have could well be the "pecks" that the animal itself gives.
Mars Attacks
If you remember the movie Mars Attack, or Martians on the attack, you'll know that the typeface they used doesn't look much like this one, but that doesn't matter to us because the truth is that it is beautiful to be scary. Or does it cross your mind what it's made of?
Horror
This letter would be ideal for one of the terrifying monsters from scary movies...
Hollitter Spike
With a letter that reads quite well, here you can find special details and each of the letters that make them unique.
DBE-Beryllium
Imagine that you have written a phrase or word, and, on top of it, you have sprayed something leaving small drops or even erased the letters. Well, that is exactly what you will see here.
The haine au carre
This typeface is not the most advisable if you want it to be read well, but don't tell us that it wouldn't be ideal for a serial killer or someone looking to create fear with the lettering design.
Cannibal Corpse
Here we have one that may appear to have been written in blood or similar, because of the drips it has on the letters.
Solstice Of Suffering
And speaking of drops, this typeface is characterized by that very thing; gives a shadow to the letters that seem to drip… blood?
zombified
If your project is related to zombies or the undead, nothing better than this. Not just because of his name, but because if you look at the lyrics, they look like they're half eaten.
Kreepshow Frigid
A typography that resembles slime, mud or similar? Nothing like this, which also gives you a feeling as if a man were going to appear.
HoMicIDE Effect
We liked this one, not because it intimidates us, but because could pass for being what a murderer writes with the blood of his victim. Doesn't it look like it to you?
Bloodsuckers
As you know, a bloodsucker was someone who fed on the blood of their victims. And in this case this typeface is characterized by those drops that have the letters at the base of these.
Brain Damage
Another of the difficult to read fonts if you put too much. But for a title or header it can come in handy.
The Blob
The dough, the drop… Call it what you want but this type of lettering looks great as it has that 3D effect.
Plasma Drip Font
Another blood drop letters which can come in handy. Of course, be careful because as the letters are so thick it can cause problems to read a lot of text.
Were Wolf Font
And we're off to werewolves now. In this case they will look like tears in the letters made by a wild animal.
You murderer font
When a person dies at the hands of another, what he wants is to leave a message saying who killed him. Well, in this case this is what we find in this letter that seems to be written by hand.
creepygirl
In this case, this letter does read well, but also not recommended for a lot of text due to elongated word details, which make the design too cluttered.
spookymagic
For those looking for some mystery Within the terrifying, here we leave you a special one.
hello ween font
For Halloween it can be perfect, but be careful not to put too much text because, as you can see, being elongated makes it difficult to understand the words.
Black oak
In this case typography is more visual than anything else, because you will only be able to put a few words and many of them will not be understood.
resident evil
No doubt this letter, which simulates that of the Resident Evil saga, it will serve you well.
Wild wood
There is nothing more terrifying than a forest… Well, or a forest typeface.
sin of the innocence
The sin of the innocent. It reminds us a bit of the horror games from the 80s and 90s, type traditional computer fonts or typewriters.
Windswept MF
In this case the letters simulate flares, or similar.
13th Ghostwrite
¿Ghost stories? Take a look at this typeface.
Splywaj
We return with another drip, ideal for the most macabre and bloody stories.
Almost Dead Bloody
It will look handwritten and as long as you don't put too much text, it can be read well.
Ghostparty
If you look at the lyricsYou will see that each one of them is a ghost. Which one would you stay with?
Enchanted Forest
Another forest typeface, but in this case not so scary (or at least not with the white background).
4 dogs
made of bones, can be a very good typeface for horror projects, especially with skeletons.
BN Manson Nights
Again one with drips at the base of the letters.
Amhole
The fact that some of the letters end up in the hands gives it a terrifying aspect, as if at any moment those hands were going to come off.
prickly vtks
It will seem that they have surrounded each of the letters with a plant of thorns. Be careful, don't prick yourself!
Gantz
It's maybe less scary, but still can be very good in projects that do not take much text.
Last n line
Pseems to be written in pencil, poorly sharpened, but with a dark and mysterious touch. Try it!
carsi
In this case this is maybe for witchcraft. Of course, do not use phrases, but single words since it is difficult to understand.
Mental Dzr
An easy font to read and with which to write long texts. It will look like 3D with some drops and smudges around it.
Psychotic
It will seem written and crossed out, as if he had wanted to record and highlight the letters.
Convalescence
It may well seem written by a madman, so take a look at it but do not use it in very long texts (it is more decorative).
Cocaine sans
If you like to create mystery and at the same time horror, this is one of the most used.
Knife Fight
Despite its name, the typography is based on scratches that are placed behind the letters, causing them to simulate a shadow and relief, as well as cobwebs or the like.
blasphemy
With a touch similar to another we have seen, andthis one has more marked stains, roots and other details that make it look like something out of a forest.
The font Block
Finally, one in pitch black, hard to read when it's a lot of text but if they are one or two words you will have no problem.
Do you recommend us some horror fonts?
