It is not easy to be clear about what an infographic exactly is, but let's see if we can clarify the matter a bit:
La graphics It is a more visual representation than the text itself, in which descriptions, narrations or interpretations intervene, presented in a normally figurative graphic way, which may or may not coincide with abstract graphics and / or sounds. Infographics were born as a means of transmitting information graphically. Maps, charts, bullets, etc. They are infograms, that is, smaller units of infographics, with which complete information is presented, although it may be complementary or synthetic.
The term has also become popular to refer to all those computer generated images. More specifically, it usually refers to the creation of images that try to imitate the three-dimensional world by calculating the behavior of light, volumes, atmosphere, shadows, textures, the camera, movement, etc.
